Quality of service is very important to us and so we consult our tenants and learners as widely as possible (using Tenant Satisfaction Surveys, house meetings, evaluation and feedback questionnaires, training review meetings etc). We also have Quality Assurances Measures in place. A team of volunteers – The Management Committee – manages the strategic development of the organisation. A dynamic staff team who are managed by the Director implements the strategies set by the committee.
